Hodge Industries is the licensed manufacturer of the RockyRoo in Australia. Hodge Industries is located in Mackay, North Queensland. For 87 years and over three generations Hodge Industries has been a privately owned family company manufacturing agricultural machinery. Hodge Industries distribute their range of machinery through a dealer network in the sugar towns of Australia. Since the 1970’s Hodge Industries have been exporting their machinery to major markets, Asia and Central America. The Hodge Industries factory is 4000 sq m on a hectare of land in the centre of Mackay. They have an extensive range of manufacturing equipment that enables them to produce machinery from raw steel to paint shop finished. They utilize the latest in computerised manufacturing technology and pride themselves on producing quality, user-friendly equipment.

The RockyRoo Auger
Originally Pengo Australia Pty Ltd, we were established in 1969 as a subsidiary of Pengo Corporation in the USA. On the 1st May 2002 we changed our name to Universal Augers Pty Ltd and were subject to a new parent company based in the UK . Universal Augers is now a medium sized business employing over 50 people selling in 45 Countries throughout the world as one of the most recognised quality suppliers of augers and drilling tools throughout the world Our Australian manufacturing and distribution centre is located in Sydney and offers fast and efficient distribution of products across the country. We stock over 3000 separate line items of Drilling, Quarry and Recycling spares. Service, quality and understanding are the keys to our success.
